On being hired as a date

When I was on a job interview, a male professor compared me (my appearance) to a famous actress. When he drove me from the restaurant to a department gathering that was part of the interview, he pretended to be lost in the small town, turning a 5 minute drive into a 30 minute drive. When we arrived, one of his male colleagues openly joked with him in a way that made it evident to me that I was being hired as his potential date. When it became clear to him after my hire that I was not interested, he voted against my tenure, held back my salary, and excluded me from important department documents.
